Individual Therapy - $150 per session

In individual therapy, we work together to navigate the unique challenges you're facing and build resilience. I provide a compassionate, understanding environment where you can express yourself freely and feel heard without judgment. Together, we’ll develop personalized strategies to support your healing, improve your relationship with food and your body, and guide you toward a more balanced and fulfilling life.

Couple’s Therapy - $175 per session

In couples therapy, I guide you and your partner through constructive conversations, focusing on deepening understanding and resolving conflicts. Together, we work to rebuild trust, enhance emotional intimacy, and create a stronger, more fulfilling partnership.

Out-Of-Network

I am an out-of-network provider, which means I am not contracted with any insurance plans. As a result, payment is due at the time of service. However, I’m happy to provide you with a superbill that you can submit to your insurance company for potential reimbursement. I encourage you to please check with your insurance provider to understand your specific out-of-network benefits and any coverage details.

Cancellation Policy

Please note that I have a 24-hour cancellation policy. If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please let me know at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a cancellation fee. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in a charge for the full session fee. I appreciate your understanding and cooperation in respecting this policy.
