About Me
I’m a Registered Associate Marriage and Family Therapist passionate about helping individuals overcome eating disorders. With a deep understanding of the complexities these struggles bring, I’m here to provide practical tools and unwavering support on your journey to recovery.
I create customized treatment plans based on evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Family-Based Therapy (FBT). These approaches are tailored to your specific needs, helping you develop coping strategies, improve your relationship with food and body, and work toward lasting change.
My multicultural background from France, Spain, and Venezuela allows me to offer therapy in French, Spanish, and English. I have a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from The American University of Paris and a Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Chapman University.
Having personally experienced the transformative impact of therapy, I’m deeply committed to walking alongside my clients as they navigate their path to recovery and growth. Whether you’re struggling with disordered eating, body image issues, or seeking to enhance your overall well-being, I’m here to support you every step of the way.
I offer both in-person sessions in Seal Beach and virtual sessions throughout California, making therapy accessible and convenient. Let’s work together to help you regain balance and build a healthier, more fulfilling life. Reach out to schedule a free consultation call to see if we’re a good fit!
